Description | This unit of competency involves effectively establishing, maintaining and evaluating the organisation's occupational health and safety (OHS) system in order to ensure that the workplace is, so far as is practicable, safe and without risks to the health of employees and others within area of managerial responsibility. Licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements may apply to this unit. Therefore it will be necessary to check with the relevant state or territory regulators for current licensing, legislative or regulatory requirements before undertaking this unit. | ||
